Description: The Southern Pines Fire Department uses an Extendo
Bed Model EB-1260 in their Ford Excursion for general
emergency response and to also transport patients
when necessary. This set up requires the 60% of the
60/40 seat to remain in the lowered position when
using the stokes carrier. Other options such as
Crowsnest Pass or Mahnomen County allow the
forward screen to be folded down only when patient
transport is required.
