Frame Assembly Sizing

Width
The finished width of an Extendo Bed is determined by the width of
the platform or cargo assembly mounted on the frame. This width is
typically 48", but can be as narrow as 24". Standard widths are 36"
to 48", and usually determined by the vehicle space, or door opening.

Length
Frames are built in lengths from 3' to 10' in 6" increments, with custom lengths available. The required length of vehicle bed for installation (from inside of rear door or tailgate in closed position, to front of the available space in the vehicle) is the length of the Extendo Bed + 4".
I.E. Minimum space required for a standard EB-1272 is 36" + 1" = 37" wide and 72" + 4" = 76" long.

Height
The heigth of the frame assembly without a platform is 5¾" (to 6"). The maximum height of an Exendo Bed unit with a cargo carrier is determined by the height opening available in the vehicle.
